On occasion, Lowes sells the Freedom landscape rose series online for half of the cost Spring Hill does.

Thank you Jonathan. I note Spring Hill had a spelling of WEKpumpahaor but I have treated it as a typo in the reference. I have moved your photo.

I bought 30 of these in spring 2010, on clearance sale. I am very pleased with their rapid growth. The blooms self dead-head, as well. New growth is slightly reddish. They are sold on own roots, so even the ones I received which had died in transport, revived by the time my replacements arrived (so I put in a row in another section of my yard). Very sweet and rich scent, to my nose. Overall I am stunned at how well they are doing, with basically no extra care. We've had scorching heat index temps, many of my roses struggled with balling and black spot this summer. The Pink Freedom roses did not ball, and quickly defoliated any leaves which get black spot (which is a very small percentage of the bush), then very quickly replaced the leaves. Bloom has been continuous, at no time were the roses not showing multiple blooms in each phase, all season. I love this rose! Spring Hill is a Michigan Bulb affiliate, I got these at end of spring clearance prices (1.33 each).
I hope more people give this rose a try.
