Bred by Pierre Orard (France, before 2019).
Introduced in France by Roseraies Orard in 2019 as 'Guignol'.

Hybrid Tea.  

Deep pink, lighter undertones.  Mild fragrance.  30 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  

Bushy.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 32" (up to 80cm).  Width: 18" to 20" (45 to 50cm).

Guignol was christened on June 20, 2019 in Lyon on Occasion of the 250th anniversary of the birth of Laurent Mourguet (March 3, 1769 Lyon - December 30, 1844 Vienne), French puppet master who created the figurine Guignol.
