'Tänzerin' rose Description

Bloom:
Pink blend, deep pink , silver(y) reverse. Mild, apple, clove, geranium fragrance. 25 to 40 petals. Average diameter 4.25". Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered to flat bloom form. Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Medium, long sepals, pointed buds.
Habit:
Medium, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy. Medium, semi-glossy, leathery foliage.
Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6a and warmer. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden. Vigorous. heat tolerant. prefers full sun. Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom. Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood.. Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection).
Breeder's notes:
Outer petals have a small mucronate apex. Color of the petals tends to change depending on weather. Persistent white blotch on the base of petals. First looking high-centered, the bloom then fully opens to a rather flat form with wavy petals. This plant originated from a controlled cross. The two parents were crossed during the summer 2019.
