Bred by Steven Singer (United States, before 2018).
Introduced in United States by Wisconsin Roses in 2018 as 'Ruthie's Rose'.
Class:
Mini-Flora.  
Bloom:
White blend, pink blending, pink shading, ages to white .  None to mild fragrance.  27 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Medium, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, high-centered, quilled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Medium buds.  
Habit:
Upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  
Breeder's notes:
Named to honor: Ruth Rutkowski founding member of the Greater
Milwaukee Rose Society on her 95th Birthday.

Prickles: Few to moderate , light brown, straight; rounded foliage.

Can develop greater pink shades with more light and heat. Good for garden and exhibition.
