Rosehip 'Apple' is the result of crossing the varieties 'Large-fruited VNIVI' and 'Yubileiny' (Wrinkled Rosehip). Received in the Moscow region. Author - V.D. Strelets. The variety has been accepted for state testing since 1995. Included in the state register in 1999.
