'Esplundas Erica' .... Description ..... The DNA profile of 'Esplundas Erica' had as its nearest relative the moss rose 'Södra Mos', with a similarity index of 60,9%. The next relatives were the Gallica roses 'Amalica', 'Bovallens Paulina' and 'Officinalis' with similarity indices between 57,1 and 56,5% as well as the moss roses 'Skoftebyn' and 'Öllsjö'; 'Duchesse de Rohan' in the Portland group and 'Celsiana' in the Damask group. These last four sorts had similarity indices of 54,5-53,8& with 'Esplundas Erica'.
