Bred by Michael Garhart (United States).
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Orange, white center, russet highlights.  None / no fragrance.  10 to 15 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Small to medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Prolific.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, mounded.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 4' (120cm).  Width: 4' (120cm).
Growing:
Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant, very rust resistant.  
Breeder's notes:
My yearly notes say Thrive after roses bred from it, but to remove confusion from commercial vs breeder stock, I use the term Hive on HMF.

This is my favorite seedling from Thrive. Mostly seedlings look like 'Thrive' itself, which is agitating as a breeder, but this one was decidedly different and did not have the downy mildew most 'Thrive' seedlings were susceptible to.
