I believe this is R. tunquinensis. Unlike Robert's specimen, mine does not have glandular buds and I am not seeing clusters on the small plant; however, the leaves and bloom size seem similar. The prickles on blooming laterals are straight spines! The prickles on the basal canes are small, down-curved and compact.
