Looking a bit too pink to match the referenced crimson. I note Margaret’s photos are also pinkish. Are they the same clone? When you say “in the garden” in your photos, do you mean your garden, the Botanical garden, or where?

I was wondering the same - whether this is your personal collection or in a public or nursery garden Johno. Enjoying your photos and the thought of such an extensive collection.. I agree that this one doesn't look like Lord Charlemont in either form or colour. Lord Charlemont is an unfading deep red rose that doesn't blue.

My memory of Lord Charlemont at Renmark, ex Thomas for Roses, is of a red rose my camera couldn't document.
