FYI Margaret, the MmeJS cuttings I struck from your plant seem to want to flower quite a lot at a very early age too. They haven't gone that nuts yet, but I have let a few blooms go out of curiosity (and debudded the rest).

After the photo, I took the buds off this one except for the candelabrum - I wanted it to grow but also have to bear in mind that it's a public garden, under a lot of scrutiny by the community since the spray damage to the roses nearer the grass!
