I have 2 plants of Mermaid. I thought they were big until I saw this monster! Yikes, I'll say don't plant it on your porch, verandah, or any other structure you want to survive. The rose is magnificent however, so maybe better than having a house anyway.;)	REPLY

It established itself in the days when flood-irrigation from our major river was allowed. Not happy for the river...	REPLY
