Very vigourously climbing, cluster-flowered. Quite hardy. From 'Rosa alba' and 'Ayrshirerose'.

Récamier". Eine der besten dieser Farbe. Als Busch, zu Gruppen und zum späteren Treiben verwendbar

Elisa Boëlle (Guillot père 1870), Flowers are light flesh-colored white, changing to pure white, medium-sized, full, cupped, variable, fragrant, the plant is vigorous and floriferous, a seedling of "Mme. Récamier ". One of the best of this color. Suitable as a specimen, for massing and a good forcing rose late in the season.

Due to its sombre colouring and its floriferousness effectful mourning rose for graves.
