Weigand - Soden, i.e. a German, with the hybrid wichuraiana Ernst Grandpierre (1900), and since then came some very good varieties from fim, such as the magnificent Anna Rübsamen (1904), whitish pink, very long lasting, and 1906 and 1908 followed his Frau Albert Fischer, Marie Weinbach, Tricolore, carmine and flesh-pink, blooms in a cluster, occasionally also half-red and half-white in a bloom, and lastly, Frau Albert Hochstrasser which is listed as repeat-blooming (light silvery pink, in the colour of Tausendschön).
