(1910) Page(s) 39. Roses Pink Beauty of Galveston. In the bud the flower is a beautiful shade of carmine pink; as the flower expands the color changes to a beautiful shade of amber yellow, deepening towards the center to orange or coppery yellow. Remarkably sweet; healthy, vigorous.
(1910) Page(s) 41. Roses Pink Rheinland's Ehre. Light, brilliant satiny rose, very full and large, lasting and of perfect form. A new rose of great merit for the South. 50 cents each.
(1910) Page(s) 41. Roses Pink Silver King. Hybrid Tea. This new rose is a beauty indeed. The bud and flower are of the largest size; when fully expanded, cup-shaped, full and double, but the petals are so arranged as not to crowd each other. The color is a clear shell pink, resembling the soft pink seen in sea shells. It is very fragrant, a true everbloomer and hardy everywhere. This is the grandest of all light pink roses.
