Bloomfield Abundance. H.T. (Thomas; int. B&A, '20.) Sylvia x Dorothy Page-Roberts. Dbl., salmon-pink. Fol. glossy, dark. Bushy (3 - 6 ft.); recurrent bloom. Similar to Cécile Brunner but hardier and the blooms larger. Portland Gold Medal '19. (All the Bloomfield roses were produced by Capt. George C. Thomas, Jr., at his home of that name in Chestnut Hill, Pa., until he removed to Beverley Hills, Calif. where he continued his hybridisations until his death in 1932.)
