[…] Charles Ducher (1820-1874) is the husband of Marie Ducher.
Charles died young and the business would be run by Marie, known as the Ducher Widow (Veuve Ducher, Vve Ducher).

They had three children: Marie, Jean, Antoine.

Marie would marry Joseph Pernet (son of Jean Pernet, another rose breeder family) and they would take over the Vve Ducher's company and rename it 'Les roses Lyonnaises Pernet Ducher'. Joseph becomes Joseph Pernet Ducher.
Marie and Joseph had four children.
Two sons, Claudius and Georges who would be killed during WWI, and two daughters:
- Marie who would marry Charles Siret, another rose family
- Angele who would marry Paul Rene Bonnet, a rose family too.

In parallel, Antoine, the son of the Ducher Widow has a son, Charles who starts his own business, named 'Aux roses de Lyon', at an early age (22 y/o). He was trained by Joseph Pernet-Ducher. He was selling cut flowers but also roses in pots.

His son Charles Antoine creates his own business. His main successes are ‘Jolie mome’, ‘Belle d’automne’ et ‘Marquisette’. Charles Antoine dies in 1985 and his son, Maurice takes over († 2000).

Fabien, his son, creates his own business in 1999.

We know nothing about Jean Ducher as a person.
