Bloom:
Medium pink. Strong, damask, sweet fragrance. 26 to 40 petals. Average diameter 6". Very large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, classic hybrid tea, spiral centers bloom form. Moderate, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Large, ovoid buds.
Habit:
Medium, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, compact, rounded. Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage. 3 to 5 leaflets.
Height: 30" to 42" (75 to 105cm). Width: 3' to 4' (90 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 9a through 10b. Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, exhibition or garden. Very vigorous. flowers drop off cleanly. heat tolerant. Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, blackspot resistant, very mildew resistant, rust resistant. Can be grown in the ground or in a container (container requires winter protection). Can be pruned to maintain a shorter habit.
Breeder's notes:
Flowers are very highly scented as scented as its seed parent Firefighter and the size of the flowers are huge atleast 5-6 inches across and more. The petals are very heavy & the flowers last 7-8 days on the plant in cooler temperatures.
