What type of care is best to encourage this Natchez Rose to bloom all season (watering, fertilizing, pest control and pruning). We have several around our patio but they bloom once and we cannot get them to rebloom. Thank you

Debbie, how long have you had this rose? I've found some small roses have unexpected needs for hard pruning. I cut back a rose to 4 inches in preparation for removing it from a pot and it responded by the best growth and bloom ever! I had no idea it needed such hard pruning to be happy. My suggestion is that if nothing else works and if your plant is mature, try hard pruning.
