    Can anyone tell me where I could obtain this miniature rose?

    Bill,

    According the the 2004 edition of the Combined Rose List complied and edited by Beverly R. Dobson & Peter Schneider, this rose is only currently available at Ludwig's Rose Farm in South Africa.
