Introduced in United States by Nor' East Miniature Roses in 1999 as 'Constellation'.
Class:

Bloom:
White, light yellow undertones.  Strong fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 2.5".  Very large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, classic hybrid tea, exhibition, flat, reflexed bloom form.  Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long sepals, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, compact, few or no prickles/thorns, spreading, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green, dense foliage.  

Height: 20" to 28" (50 to 70cm).  Width: 30" (75cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Benefits from winter protection in colder climates.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .

This white to white-blend rose will get your attention with its delightful fragrance, exhibition/hybrid tea bloom form, and large open flowers. Borne singly and in clusters, the blooms are set off by glossy, dark green foliage, as the stars are set off by the night time sky. The plant is very vigorous, has an upright habit and blooms profusely. Excellent for the garden and cutting.
