Profusion (A. Dickson's). A mixture of salmon orange and carmine. I think it is one of the best Roses put into commerce for years. Of good growth and stands well.

Profusion (HT) has large, double, high-centred flowers of carmine-lake with a yellow base and a bronzy-carmine reverse. Growth is vigorous and erect and the flowering starts early and finishes late. Patton Ont. (2 pl., 2 yr), says his plants bloomed right through a bad attack of black-spot, and he likes it very much. Raymond Ont., (5 pl.), had fair bloom but he could not warm up to it.
