Bred by Antonius A. Pouw (Netherlands, 1998).
Introduced in Netherlands by De Ruiter's Nieuwe Rozen B.V. in 2000 as 'Charming Unique'.
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Pink blend.  None to mild fragrance.  up to 23 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 4'11" (150cm).  Width: 20" (50cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
