R. Harkness & Co. Ltd. are launching five new roses.  Perpetually Yours is a new, repeat-flowering climber.  The flowers are creamy yellow, full petalled and have a delightful lemon scent.  Sales receipts will benefit Hereford Cathedral Trust.
