The Raymond Carver rose is named to celebrate the life of the American poet and short story writer who died tragically young. This tall growing modern Shrub rose can be used as a small wall climber. It has masses of old-fashioned style amber-yellow flowers which are pleasantly fragrant. It was bred by Colin Horner who is the President of the RNRS.
