Lemon-yellow to butter-yellow.  Mild fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).

Notes:
According to Ross Roses in Australia, 'Philadelphia' is a "charity rose" to help raise funds for Ronald McDonald House. It is named in honor of the first Ronald McDonald House in Philadelphia.
