Origin:
Bred by Barry & Dawn Eagle (New Zealand, 1993).
Introduced in New Zealand by Southern Cross Nursery in 1993 as 'Lucky Me'.
Class:
Mini-Flora.  
Bloom:
Deep pink, white center.  Mauve pink.  None / no fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Large, full (26-40 petals), in small clusters, in large clusters bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Semi-glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 16" to 20" (40 to 50cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower, garden or rock garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
