"Ruffles & Flourishes (Olivia,Wekquahofa), Hybrid Tea (HT), mp (Medium Pink), 2007, Carruth, Tom, Full (26-40) petals, pure even pink, borne Mostly Solitary, Regular Repeat, Strong, Glossy Foliage Surface, Medium Green Foliage Color, Upright Growth, Tall Height, [(Blue Nile X (Ivory Tower X Angel Face)) X Home & Family], Armstrong Garden Centers, 2008" -ARS
So, [(Blue Nile X (Ivory Tower X Angel Face)) is the seed parent. I looked this up because the qua in the codename is an often-used Carruth breeder seedling of these parents.

Parentage corrected, thank you! Could the seed parent be AROlaqueli?

My guess is that its the same one used for Crystalline and a few others. One that is a sister of Lagerfeld.
"The new variety may be distinguished from its pollen parent, 78100-A-5, by the following combination of characteristics: Whereas the flower color of 78100-A-5 is lavender, the flower color of Arobipy is white as described above. Blossoms of Arobipy have about 30 to 34 petals whereas blossoms of 78100-A-5 have fewer petals, about 23 to 25 on the average Arobipy is much more vigorous than 78100-A-5."
Fragrant Plum is a halfsister of Crystalline, and I'd find it hard to believe its simply Shocking Blue x Lagerfeld.
Also, because Fragrant Plum and AROpoiz are two different roses. I have a feeling, that because Jack Christensen often used the same parents in the same and different crosses, that this cross of Blue Nile, Angel Face and Ivory Tower, created commercial and breeder roses disseminated to different breeder sources and also used by himself.
