a classic yellow floribunda rose, the habit and growth are like a tea hybride straight up to 1 meter. leaves sometimes have SRT and aphids like her as well. nice citrus-smell or maybe this is a association of the yellow colour. the petals don’t fade much and are lasting just not on the plant. but i guess its better than mummies or brown leftovers. despite not being my favourite rose or a admirer of this kind of yellow roses, it makes good plant.

It's interesting this rose is rated excellent for disease resistance...it's not, at least not here, around half the plant is covered in blackspot.

Having said that, the plant is a bit bigger than the listed size, more 1m by 1m, fairly common for here in Australia though.

I admit I may be an anomaly but Friesia isn't rust resistant in the foliage for me. I do grow in it a warm and often humid environment though (Sydney, Australia). Very good plant in every other way though.

This rose never stops growing new buds. I planted my first Friesia this year and it already had more than 5 blooms. Right now it has 10 new growing buds. The foliage is really healthy and pest resistant. The scent is rosy fresh, sweet, but with a soapy undertone. The only bad thing about Friesia is that the blooming petals really quickly fall apart.
