Oh My! is simply outstanding in my zone 5b garden. The vividness of that red bloom color is something to behold and simply mutter to oneself, "Oh My!" Check out the photo I just posted.

Oh My! is a one helluva grower and bloomer in my garden (Chicagoland zone 5b). I have three 1st year own-root plants from Heirloom planted together to maximize color impact. This FL is very aptly named in that when it is in bloom anybody seeing it for the first time is bound to mutter "oh my!" to themselves. Very vivid dark red color (but not dark like Europeana) and blooms will last at least 7-10 days on the bush - even in full sun in the heat of summer. Color is vivid if not even bright for a dark red. Fragrance is minimal. Large/tall plant size for a FL and like Easy Spirit it does not have trusses with multiple blooms. It's more like a very prolific blooming hybrid tea in that regard.
I have this planted in the "Position A" spot in my North Garden - it gets sun from daybreak until about 5 PM in midsummer. It has definitely earned its keep. I would definitely buy this again and would recommend Oh My! to anyone looking for a splash of red color. Disease free for me but I do spray every 10-14 days. If it winters well I may double up on this one - I would rate it higher than its 7.8 ARS RIR rating - perhaps an 8.2 - the same as Marmalade Skies - I would choose Oh My! over Marmalade Skies if forced to choose between the two.

I think this one was code named 'Royal Rosarian' in Portland for its introduction pre-sale. They do this every year. Sometimes the name stays, like Parade Day did, and sometimes not...

"For new and seasoned rose growers alike, this year we are offering the entire collection of official Rose Festival roses: ‘Falling In Love With The Rose Festival’ (2007), ‘Oregon Celebration’ (2008), ‘Dream Come True’ (2009), ‘Summertime Souvenir’ (2010), ‘Sweet Spotlight’ (2011), and ‘Royal Rosarian’ (2012). Limited quantities are available of this unique collection, so purchase and get yours planted now!"
Nevermind, I found a photo chart from the link below.
Velvet Majesty is Sultry Sangria. Royal Scepter is Icecap. Pop the Cork is Good as Gold. Sweet Spotlight is Sugar Moon. Summertime Souvenir is Colorific, and Oregon Celebration is .. Ch-Ching (I think...??).
I don't recall all of them, however :[
The 2017 one is 'All My Loving' www.dennis7dees.com/blog/post/2017-rose-festival-rose-is-blooming-brilliant
