The Most Fragrant Rose on Trial award went to Harkness's climber 'City of London' (HARkufore), a rose of great appeal with very sweetly scented small flowers of a delicate pink colouring, they are borne in small clusters upon a plant that is well furnished in bright green glossy foliage. The growths are not long so it equally can be grown as a shrub.
