Bred by F. Harmon Saville (1924-1997) (United States, 1994).
Introduced in United States by Nor' East Miniature Roses as 'Vista'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Lavender.  None to mild fragrance.  22 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 1.75".  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, cluster-flowered, in small clusters, high-centered to flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, compact, few or no prickles/thorns, upright, well-branched.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 15" to 18" (40 to 45cm).  Width: 18" (45cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 10b.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Produces decorative hips.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant, susceptible to blackspot .  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
