Shrub Rose. This rose, raised by Colin Horner, is dedicated to and named after the lady who formed the charity that supports "Victims of Torture World Wide". It is a full petalled rose of biscuit, overlaid with pinkish tones. It is fragrant, healthy and compact for a shrub rose. Foliage is dark green. 10% of the proceeds from the sale of this rose will be donated to The Helen Bamber Foundation - The Medical Foundation for The Care of Victims of Torture.
