I bought this own root in Spring 2006 and really loved the bloom and growth of this rose. I know it is an older variety, but I really liked the pictures and wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the wierd winter and late winter cold snap killed this bush so I am unsure about it's winter hardiness. I may try to grow another and see how it does since I liked it so well initially.
