Centifolia, Hybrid Gallica.  Blush.  Moderate fragrance.  Large, very double, globular, scalloped bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).   Unknown Dutch origin (1601).

Portland.  Light pink to purple, yellow undertones.  Strong, sweet fragrance.  Large, very double, in small clusters bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Height of 30" to 3' (75 to 90 cm).   Comte Lelieur de Ville-sur-Arce (1817).
