Bred by Wilhelm J.H. Kordes II (1891-1976) (Germany, before 1933).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1935 as 'Geheimrat Duisberg'.

Bloom:

Golden-yellow. Nasturtium fragrance. Mild to strong fragrance. up to 40 petals. Large, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Pointed buds.

Habit:

Short, bushy, upright. Glossy, light green foliage.

Growing:

USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
