'Poulsen's Pink' rose Description

ARS:
Light pink Floribunda.
Registration name: Poulsen's Pink
Bloom:
Pink, light yellow undertones. Moderate fragrance. Semi-double (9-16 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Upright. Glossy, light green foliage.
Height: 30" (75cm). Width: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
Breeder's notes:
Pale pink, shaded white. The blooms, which are about 2 inches in diameter, are very freely produced in pretty clusters of 4 and 5, and keep their colour well. When fully opened, the golden stamens give a very charming effect. The foliage is a light green, and ample. Should make a very pretty bedding variety. It is classed as a Hybrid Poly., but is more really closely allied to the poly. pom. In commerce. (RNRS, The Rose Annual 1939)

Notes:
The Peter Beales Collection of Classic Roses 2000-2001 describes the color of the blooms as soft pink tinged yellow and says this rose was rediscovered by Mr. Huxley-Thomas.
