Gallica / Provins.  
Bloom:
Purple - pink.  Ages to violet-pink.  Strong fragrance.  Medium, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, flat, quartered bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Upright.  Dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
