The reference from the 1929 Australian Rose Annual says it includes a black and white photo. Does anyone happen to have a copy to upload the photo?

Does anyone know how big this gets, or what its habit is like? Type prickles also needed.

Dear hmfusr, Charles Quest-Ritson says 1.25m x 1m, but that means in England. The biggest bush I've seen is at Bulla, about 1.5m x 1.2m. Plenty of glossy leaves. Small, red, downward-pointing thorns always catching one's sleeve.

The button-eye description doesn't fit with the rose sold under this name in Australia, nor with the parentage.
