Light pink, lilac shading, lighter edges.  Medium, full (26-40 petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.

Few or no prickles/thorns.

Notes:
The fact that 'Belle Herminie' in Sangerhausen is very prickly (see Member's comments), indicates that the attribution to Coquerel is incorrect. The rose at L'Haÿ seems to have been provided by the Jardin du Luxembourg.
