Bloom:
Light pink, cream shading. Strong fragrance. Average diameter 3.25". Medium to large, very full (41+ petals) bloom form. Prolific, blooms in flushes throughout the season. Large buds.

Medium, bushy, compact, spreading.
Height: 35" (90cm). Width: 2' (60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Blooms tend to ball in wet weather.

Notes:
Walter Branchi says Tipsy Imperial Concubine was re-introduced by Hazel le Rougetel in 1982. This rose comes directly from China and is presumably an older variety. The large flowers are rose-colored shaded with yellow and red... Modern Roses 12 has the year of re-introduction as 1989. It is not certain that this rose is of Chinese origin, it may also be a European rose imported into China in the 19th or early 20th century.
