Origin:
Bred by Unknown (before 1842). Introduced in Australia by F. C. Davis in 1862 as 'Sophie de Marsilly'.
Bloom:
Blush, rose-pink center. Large, very double, globular bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, upright.
Growing:
Blooms tend to ball in wet weather.
