Found Rose, Polyantha.  

Red to orange-red, white undertones.  None to mild fragrance.  20 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Small, very double, in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Small, rounded buds.  

Height: up to 32" (up to 80cm).  Width: up to 32" (up to 80cm).

Found in Hejdegård in Hagestad, commune of Ystad, southernmost Sweden
