I am unable to find out the name of the following ROSES(attached please find the PICS) in my garden which was delivered without a name tag..can anyone HELP??

Everything is EXCELLENT with this HT right from the color,fragrance,foliage,disease resistancy but ALAS!! in my garden at Durgapur,India the petals dose not open most of the time specially if the weather is not too sunny.. WHY??

Many roses require heat to prompt them to open their blooms fully and show a tendency to ball where conditions are not right for the rose. The reason your rose doesn't fully open may be due to the fact that it is not getting enough sun or heat where it is sited in your garden.
