I see now how one person has blackballed me and given me a Poor rating. I wonder if it might be a local competitor of mine (I have suspicions) who wants to do me in. I do not know of anyone who has not been thrilled with their roses and order. I could send a page of testimonials. If others send in positive votes will it change my rating? I cannot have a poor rating on HMF. Please advise.

We have removed this rating because it was by an anonymous member. Member ratings are always anonymous but that is different than a rating from a completely anonymous, unregistered member. That we do not allow as it lends itself to the very abuse you suspect in this case. We will be making a change to prevent anonymous members from rating companies and organizations.

Thank you soooo much for removing the stinging unethical and mean rating "someone out there" gave to me on HMF. I am suspicious of a local competitor who may have been responsible. I have up to now been "unaware" of the ratings feature and am beginning to understand this. I see how very few customers of Nurseries actually take the time to vote at all. I really appreciate your quick reply and action in this matter. I am going to send some pictures and better description of my business to help offset any damage caused by this. I am not sure how long it was there as I just noticed it.
I would really like to become a Silver sponsor as I said I was about to write you an email about that when all of this happened. Please tell me how to go about this upgrade. Thanks so much again for looking out for me, Pam

We of course welcome your support of HelpMeFind and you can become a sponsor anytime by visiting your own nursery listing where you will find a prompt to become a sponsor near the top of your listing.
Please also understand all HMF members are free to rate nurseries and their ratings are kept anonymous. We normally do not alter or remove ratings of any kind but we believe this was an abuse of the system.

It might be a good idea, to present You and Your nursery with some pictures on the HMF website.
Now there are no photo's available of it.

Thanks so much for your support and encouragement. HMF has removed the bad rating as it came from a totally anonymous party. I wonder if it might be one of my local competitors (who knows?) 99% of my customers are super-satisfied. I will be adding pictures today. Thanks again so much for your concern, Pamela
