Early-mid spring, South Australia, zone 9b. As "Blackbutt Tea".Early in the season: doubling its petal count; flowers paler than usual.

"Bishop's Lodge Muriel Linton". Winter, South Australia. Probably an HT, but a good flowerer with good scent. Some people think it is Hadley.

Almost white this spring. This is its 4th season. It is a vigorous, good garden plant. Initially the flower stems were weak so the flowers drooped in a typical EHT way. Over the years they have become stronger and the flowers are usually upright. There is a little bit of mildew on it at the moment but it is usually very healthy. Mount Macedon, Australia. Plant from John Nieuwesteeg.

Very nice rose, repeats quickly. Blooms are large. Growth is upright, not twiggy.

January 2009, at La Pietra Rossa. Beautiful light green shade at the base of the petals, never seen in Spring or Summer, appear in cooler months on the year.
