This picture was taken 3 years ago. Since then it has spread another 3 feet east and 3 feet west, although our garden helper keeps mowing the new growths down.

I grow both Gallica Splendens and Alika. 'Splendens' stays about 3 feet to 1 metre tall, spreads slightly by roots. 'Alika' - the original plant is now about 8 feet tall and has spread in all directions by roots so that I have a patch about 25 feet wide by 20 feet long after 10 years. I will post a picture.

Since I had forgotten my password, I was emailed a link to log in. Is this now my HMF password, or can I change it? I can't find the link from my account to change my password ???
Thank you, Lindsay

Beautiful rose, great picture ! Hortico Nursery once listed 'Charlemagne' (and called it a climbing, repeat-blooming Gallica!)in a catalogue, but when I ordered, it wasn't available. Could you please tell me where you got your plant?

Darn! IF they did, I'd be getting lots from Germany, especially from Kordes. Thanks for replying.
