We have found some email programs strip website links from emails for security reasons. You can upgrade to a premium-membership by clicking the MEMBERSHIP menu item on the left. Then click the Premium Membership tab to go to the premium-membership upgrade form.
Please contact the support department directly if you need further assistance.

How may I contact the support department? I did upgrade to premium membership, but it's not linked here.

I have manually updated your account while the support dept looks into the issue. Often this is the result of inadvertently having multiple accounts. We will sort it out.
