Rose Listing Omission
'Feroxia'
Gallica / Hybrid Tea 'Feroxia' bred in 2020 by Guillaume Epinal (a rose amateur in Le Mans, France). This a crossing between the gallica 'Plantagenêt' (Vibert II, 2002) and the English rose 'Golden Celebration' (Austin, 1992). A once blooming, Spring, shrub (100 cm and more), with semi-lustreous dark green leaves, wood canes have large red sickle-shaped prickles. Cupped flowers are medium in size, double, not completely full, petals have two colors : above dark rose near red cherry in color, under yellow amber. There is a little fruity fragrance.

If you live in Canada, PNW, you can get Chandos Beauty (CB) from Brad Jalbert at Select Roses in Langley. I just picked up 2 that I preordered in 2023. They look super healthy. Select Roses does not deliver but it is well worth the trip to pick up roses there. Pre orders for CB will begin again in August selectroses.ca
