I have tried a few times to receive a confirmation email to register as a basic member but don't get it. Can you please help? My email address is definitely correct.

Marg - If you click the HOW DO I button, (at the top, middle right, in white) there is a link about what to do when you haven't received your confirmation. Within that link, there is another link to send for a confirmation
If you have already done that, you probably have to sign out, and then sign back in again.
