I'm frustrated. I upgraded to Premium Membership 12/8/2016. Still cannot access the Premium Membership features. How do I reach someone who can help fix this?

Click on "Site Features" in the left column, then on "Contact Us" and then click on the e-mail-address.
Good luck!
But maybe first try to sign out and then sign in again on Your own "My Account"-page.
